Affordable Service Calls for Appliance Repairs

 

If you need a technician to check out your appliance and diagnose repairs, our service calls start at only $85. Any parts, labor and taxes resulting from repairs performed are additional costs, but we will always tell you what the problem is before we do anything. If you choose not to repair or replace your unit through us, there may be a $10 labor fee.

If your appliance is not repaired, we’ll put your service call charge towards a new/refurbished unit.

 

3-Year Warranty on Appliance Parts

 

Turner Appliance will guarantee for three (3) years any parts installed by our company if they fail to perform properly under normal usage. This guarantee applies to the following household appliances only: washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, cooktops, compactors and dishwashers. Anything commercial or other equipment that has not been mentioned above will carry the manufacturer’s warranty only. If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged separately. This Warranty does not apply to the service charge which only carriers a 30 Day Warranty. This Warranty applies to normal working hours only, 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

 

In-Shop Repairs

If you decide to bring your appliances into our shop a $65 bench fee is charged, but will be put towards your repair.
